I just purchased this Truetime 560-197-5 Data Rate Clock & Distribution System Chassis Power Supply and it has a few faults.
Wondering if anyone knows of source for manuals Service or Operating.
Unit has Rubidium GPS -XL2 and Oven based cards.

send a note to Texaspyro, Mark Simms, ask him if he knows anything about it. They try the time-nuts archive if you haven't.
-
I will try that. I did email time-nuts.
Wrote Microsemi support this morning seems this unit was still in the 2012 Symmetricom Catalog.
Thinking may still have manuals.
-
Not much to it, but it might get you started...

I have tried that WWW1 site about a dozen times and cannot get my service to download from there.
Thank you for your time.
Received message back from Microsemi they have manual still available.
That unit was discontinued in 2016.

Hmmmm. I'm not sure how that https ended up on the front of that link. Change it to http.

Alas, I know nothing about these...

OK I was able to download very complete manuals for 560-5203-3, 560-5202 GPSDO modules.
Thanks to edpalmer42 making me rethink the web address for Symmetricom.
The manual for 560-197-5 chassis is just that a very basic manual describing the base unit and its features.
The real data is available for individual plug-ins.
And as I said I have a GPSDO with Rubidium oscillator, a GPSDO with XCXO oscillator and a crystal oscillator plugin.
Lots of reading ahead.
Will get back to you once everything is up and running.

I need help also,
I have a TrueTime Rubidium GPSDO Model 151-602-556 MK III SYS ver 021 S/N 99040503......very seldom used but the last time no GPS signal received and all the present location entered just changed a few min after.......
My first idea was the 3,5 Volt battey has low voltage..../ about 2,6 Volt / replacing this still the same..... the local position entered has changed after let say 15-25 min..... and no one gps sat received after 40-50 min.....
any idea where to look for the trouble....??????
