RTB2000 Question: touchscreen operation with a stylus
« on: February 02, 2022, 04:48:46 pm »
Hi,
I like to operate my RTB2004 with a stylus because it keeps the screen free of fingerprints.
Everything works very well, except for the drawing/marking function.
All lines have interruptions with pen input - then looks like Morse code ;-)
With the finger it goes without problems.

Now the question, why does the pen leave interruptions at drawing ?
The same pen works on the touchscreen of my smartphone without problems when drawing lines.
I use a pen like the one in the attachment, that is with a wide tip.
Is there perhaps a pen that is more suitable.
Does anyone here have experience ?

Thanks,
Frank

Hallo Frank,
I own a RTB2004 for a month of 2 and I just plugged a wireless USB dongle into to front-USB connector so I can use a mouse.
I do not want have any fingerprints on the shiny screen and a mouse works very well.
Hoping this is a better solution than a stylus pen.
