Hi Gang
I'm hoping there will be a whizzo on Ultra Sigma here able to offer me some help.
I have 3 Rigol devices (2 'scopes and 1 DSA815) - I can see and command the DSA815 from Ultra Sigma and the "Rmt" indicator comes on, but the screen printing to the PC fails with this error:

The two 'scopes work fine with this operation.
It was all working until I re-built the PC and hasn't worked since then..... so something is amiss but I am at a loss to see what.
Any input very much appreciated.

Did you install the IVI drivers? "DSA800 IVI Driver v1.0.4"
Is the picture format on the device not set to BMP? This may be causing the error. (System->Page 3)
Otherwise you can use my program "Rigol Bildschirmkopie" for screen copies. For the LAN connection you do not need to install anything.
