Title: Uni Trend UT71B interface program (V3.00) problem

hello nice forum  :-+
I have two multimeters Uni Trend UT71B, and I install the software interface program V3.00 (UT71A_B version)
If I open the program, the scale of the graph is correct (20000 counts)

But if I send the data (usb cable) from the multimeter, the data value is correct, but the scale of the graph is not correct
(is 20, it should be 20,000), in this way the graph is not correct (it is out of scale at the top), because the value is DCV 05,035 (05035 counts)
and therefore their peak is out of chart

I tested all two multimeters, on two computer, on windows 8 and windows 7, i install the cd software and web software, but the result is always the same
(i have for test install the interface program UT71C_D_E, (but is for 40000 count, not 20000..) and the vision is correct...
(but the scale is 40000 counts, not 20000)

I have no more ideas
I looked for previous versions to take a test (UT71A_B 1,10 or 2,00) but I can not find them

you have some advice for me?

nobody has the multimeter UT71A-B (or C-D-E) to help me?

I have UT71B, I need interface program 1.10 (or2.0) UT71B
who has the software UT71CDE, should also have the software UT71B...
I wrote in private at Wytnucls (review author), but he does not answer

if someone has the UT71 multimeter (A,B,C,D or E), and has the UT interface program ver.1.10 or 2.0,
I am ready to receive it
