Unknown mechanical (measurement?) device identification

Hi guys,

This device was posted on a local trading site. I have no idea what it is, nor does the seller, he only listed it as "Measurement device". Any clue? I'm not planing to buy it, it only seemed interesting. There are no markings readable aside from:

Vz. 34
tov. cis. 2510
cis. 645

. The 'Vz. 34' is probably "Vzor 34" which would indicate a type, but nothing turns up when this is searched. The 'tov. cis. 2510' is a factory internal number probably and the 'cis. 645' might be a serial number?

Any ideas as to the function?

I'd say it was a precision Inclinometer, for measuring the slope of a plane in degrees from level.



This pic clearly shows both graduations and what appears to be a Vernier scale to take readings to a fine tolerance.

It's not my field at all, but I think you turn the wheel on top until the bubble is centered, then you can read the angle.
But how this works with accuracy in minutes, I don't know.

Well, LT vz. 34 is a tank, so this may be some sort of aiming implement. In which case, it would be a very interesting buy. How much is it?

PS: A tank made in Czechoslovakia, so even geographical location is close.
