Unlocking late unit SDG2042X

Is it possible to unlock a late manufacture SDG2042X to extend the frequency range upwards? I went through the previous threads I could find on this topic but although I am able to login to the SCPI Instrument screen via Putty, entering the commands does not result in being able to view or edit any data, no data appears on the screen to be able to scroll down to using the arrow. I also found that it is not possible to roll back the firmware to versions 15R2 or 16R2, only as far back as 17R5. Having said that, i'm apparently able to login via Putty using any of the later firmware files including 37R3. It simply doesn't respond with any data to edit. Screen print attached.

Oh really, just download the programming guide:
https://int.siglent.com/u_file/download/22_08_26/SDG_Programming%20Guide_PG02-E05A.pdf

P12 gives you all you need.  ;)

Thanks, but same problem  :-\

In a SCPI "shell" like you have you can ONLY issue SCPI commands.

That's not a linux shell!

kloss:
Thanks, so I need to be using a linux shell. Any suggestions for running one under Win 7? Or am I looking at a Linux PC/lappy to run it.
