Upgrade Rigol DS1052D with FW version 00.04.01 to DS1102D

Hello,

I wanted to double check if the upgrade procedure still works with the latest FW version?

As I am about to order a DS1000D series scope, and have to decide between DS1052D and DS1102D.

Is this the cheapest MSO option in a real oscilloscope? Or are there alternative brands besides Rigol for this MSO/Logic Analyzer combination?

I have just ordered myself a DS1052D. Will soon be able to report, I hope. :)
