Texscan question
« on: April 22, 2022, 12:29:13 am »
Hello,
does anybody have the designation system of RF elements from the former company Texscan corporation, like, for example, filters?
Some traders are not very helpful this regard and sometimes I have the feeling that they do not even tell what they know. So I would be willing to take a risk AND have to establish the characteristics myself, but I would need the basic information WHAT IS IT?
One such trader offers Texschan X5BC160/20-KK, a tubular element with SMA connectors. So is it a filter, detector, DC-Block, whatever? If it is a filter, is it HP, LP, BP,..and so on.
Any information which brings light to that is welcome. (not only for this object, but in general)

I have a Texscan 5vf750 which is a variable BPF, 750-1500MHz with N connectors.
