Used Test Equipment Reseller in Europe

Hi!

In the USA there is big business built around used test equipment refurbishing and reselling. Is there any alternative to this for europeans?
We would like to acquire a temperature chamber, which can go up to +175 °C and down to -40 °C (at least). It is crucial to receive a proper invoice as well to the equipment for tax reasons.
