Black Star Apollo Frequency Counter

I've just picked up an ebay bargain Black Star Apollo 100 frequency counter, in very nice condition but one of the two inputs isn't working.

I've scoured the usual places but cannot find schematic / service manual for this model.

Does anyone have a copy of the service manual for this model or able to point me in the right direction?

I was also trying to get one, all I managed to get was the user manual which I have attached.

Really useful counter, just cant get any response from Input B.
