Can't find anything online about this power supply.
Maybe it is rebranded and goes with a different name?
Is it worth buying?

Looks like an OWON 3303 or PEAKTECH 6181 or PROMAX FA-853B

Yes, it looks like an OWON.
Conrad has done that before. An OWON with a different "style" for for much more money.
