VTVM test leads

Hello,

Would anyone know of a compatible substitute test lead for the PACO V-70 VTVM?  It's pretty much like most of them with an AC/Ohms, DC side swith with a 1 meg resistor.  An original would be nice but I don't hold out any hopes of finding one.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just noticed on eBay there's a PACO V-70 for sale, which appears to include the probes, for less money than the above link.
