Wandel & Goltermann NOWA-1,power line harmonic analyzer
Mashpriborintorg:
--- Quote ---My SF-60 only have one of four signal outputs populated. The one from Ebay hav all Signal outputs, but no optical interface.
On the picture you can see my version/options. By the way, I love the little tool box at the back :D

There is no optical interface, but the "Laser on" led is lit up.... maybe there are optical connectors on the rear panel ? I'll see, hopefully it will arrive next week.

Uhm, are there any practical measurements you can do with a SDH analyzer like this ... outside SDH networks?
@IMG_6849.JPG : quite an EPROM "chipset" :-)
Mashpriborintorg:
Well the seller was incredibly fast, the SF60 is here already :-+
As expected: The board with fiber optics stuff is not populated, I have an empty slot with unconnected cables ziptied all around.
Goods news: the LCD is finally working, the boot hangs onto a "RAM/ low battery / data loss failure" :-BROKE
I hope there's a back-up battery somewhere that needs to be replaced to fix the problem ! :-/O
My version is BN 3017/01, no options. Serial number on the front panel is U0009.
Mashpriborintorg:
Guess what... batteries replaced, the beast boots ! O0
Update: auto-test passed ok !

With user manual, remote controll manual and 4 roll of paper for the printer.
Not exactly the right thing for some electronic-smd-guys. Maybe someone is interested. I have fun to play around with it :D
Round about from 1988. Fully functional and precise. And from W&G you can expect a high build quality. Only the printer jammed. Has two outputs (Volts & Amps) on the rear for an oscilloscope.
Direct current measurements up to 30A, voltage up to 500V. Comes with a 1000/1 A current clamp. Measures up to the 50th harmonic.
1st picture: DUT is a vacuum cleaner at full power. ~6.05A at 225V
2nd picture: Harmonics in % of the fundamental (50 Hz). Cursor is at 50 Hz.
3rd picture: DUT at ~40% power
4th picture: Overview of effective, reactive and apparent power
That was only a quick play around. Have to read the friendly manual :)
