I haven't dealt with MCS but FWIW I am UK based and have used both Rigol UK (aka Telonic) and Lambda Photonics, both good, however I would call first in any case to confirm stock before ordering online (ISTR you can save a few quid by ordering online).

I've got a few bits from RigolUK, no complaints, good service.
They (as I'm sure others might do) made sure it had the latest firmware installed and tested before shipping.
Got some other Rigol kit from Lambda Photo which were ok when they arrived but their site indicated they were in stock whereas they weren't. They kept in touch and were nice enough to not charge postage because of the delay.

I bought my two DS1054Z's from Batronix and a DSA815-TG from them as well, no problems and fast delivery.  I've also dealt with Telonic UK this year and they were equally good, I will probably use them for future purchases.
