Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the 'High Bandwidth Oscilloscope Sampling Architectures' 5952-0163 product note. Google didn't come up with anythin useful. Any other ideas where to look? I hope that this article contains some recent (compared to the analog boat anchor stuff floating around) information on the architecture and design of sampling scopes.
