Title: Wavetek 9100 calibrator teardown photos
Post by: kyleaudio on September 23, 2018, 07:43:37 pm
I've recently acquired a Wavetek 9100 calibrator. Here are some photos I took while cleaning it out. This top board is Option 600. The 600 MHz oscilloscope calibration module.

This is the main power board. I believe that it handles all power supplies as well as the current output functions. up to 20 amps AC and DC.

The first picture is a close shot of the traces for the current output portion. Lots of isolation slots, guard traces, star grounding and many of the large traces have an extra layer of copper applied and then solder mask on top.

The second photo is of the bottom main board. I believe that this board handles everything other than oscilloscope functions and current.
