T-862++ after using dont turn on the IR lamp until cool down

Hello everyone, all good?

In my new job there is an infrared, the T-862. They have this machine for while, but dont give much use. As I have experience soldering smd components with hot air, i am trying to figure out how to use the t862.
But every time i turn off the IR when i try to begin a new cycle  the IR dont turn on until the entire machine cool down.

Some one have the same issue?
