The standard SHV connector is 5KV rated but there are versions for higher voltages.

5kV is around where you stop using normal cable and end up with graded insulators, so the connector is often dominated by the choice of cable. SHV or various Lemo connectors are targeting coax type cables. For discrete wire its usually brute force with enormous connectors that have enough clearance and creepage for the specific application, many low cost options here used with replaceable bulbs.
