What happened to Topward?
Their site has been down for a while now.
I really liked their power supplies.

I was looking for a Topward manual a few months or so back. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe they've gone out of business. An active business wouldn't have its website down for months.

The US distributor's website is here.

http://spencetek.com/Default.htm

The only products listed are power supplies and analogue function generators. Searching with Google produces other pages, not accessible from the current site, with many more products, such as oscilloscopes and LCR meters.

It gives the impression that the distributor is selling off the stock they've got and winding down.

The domain is owned by spencetek and has no dns entry since 2023-12-02.
Google maps reports spencetek as permantently closed.

I think they're done.

The website looks to have been archived by the Internet Archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20220416054725/https://www.topward.com/sitemap.htm

So you can hopefully use that to retrieve the info you're looking for.

Thanks.

It has operations manuals, but not as far as I can tell, service information. Topward were never great at releasing service manuals.

I bought a Topward scope many years back and the service manual was available for a small extra cost, so I bought it. It was just as well I did. A few months back I had to fix an updated version of the scope and that was why I was looking for their website. I couldn't find the service manual I wanted. The one I had wasn't an exact match but was better than nothing.

I suppose I should scan my manual and upload it to the usual sites, to make up for the manuals I've downloaded.
