What is the difference between the Fluke 116 and 116c?

I came across a manual said for the Fluke 116c. It seems identical to the 116 so why the letter c?

Yes, the ones with the letter C behind them represent the Chinese market.
Some versions of the PCB may differ.performance may be low,But there is no absolute, you need to compare each model carefully to know

OTOH they might be identical and the 'C' is just there to be able to identify grey imports (the 'C' model will be cheaper so people will try to import them into the west and sell them for full price).
