What is the Jaycar QC-1932 25Mhz Oscilloscope?
« on: January 25, 2019, 04:31:58 am »
https://www.jaycar.com.au/25mhz-dual-trace-digital-storage-oscilloscope/p/QC1932

Ignore the above listing completely, as that's no longer the version scope they're selling with that part number...  :-//

I've just bought one today, and it is in fact a Siglent model, compared to the previous Atten. (same same, but different)

I believe it to be an sds1022dl, but have had no luck identifying the scope via RS232, and the screen seems higher resolution than specified for this unit.

I'm hoping to update the firmware, but I'm not sure if it'll take the Siglent stuff, or what will happen if I try the wrong firmware?

Thanks!

They are a rebranded Atten, made by Siglent.
5 or 7" display ?
Does it have a LAN port, if so it's the DL+ model and LAN and higher res display were the upgrades from DL models.
Ch 2 trace color was also changed from blue to cyan.

Be treble sure before you use any Siglent FW that the FW versions have similar #'s and format to what is displayed in the System page.

7 inch display, has ethernet.

The DL+ thing explains the screen then ;)
