Which DMM and when did DMM manufacturers changed from a 1 in the left most digit to indicate over range to OL?

My Fluke 8060A says OL, that's the oldest I've got.

Wow! Thanks. I am kind of surprised too because I was thinking only autoranging DMM uses OL. I was wrong.
