That's possible on every scope with Windows... Nothing special.
You have probably seen this or similar video.

There are even those jumping letters on Agilent scopes, but that's not a game at all. Everyone has seen it. And then there is an Etch-A-Scope in DSOX2000 and DSOX3000. I have tried it on my DSOX2000, only one printscreen was made. No video yet!
