They haven't sent one to Dave, Mike, AvE, Applied Science or anyone else I trust yet. So I'm just waiting until then.

They're still working on the firmware, English language manuals, etc. etc. I would personally like to see it in the hands of Shahriar (TSP), I think he makes great balanced reviews.

Three things I have found difficulty in with using touchscreens (Ipad) :

As said , they are difficult to use if your hands are larger .
Often your hand obscures your view when placed over the target area .
Any material on the hands is smeared over the screen , not good in a workshop environment (although a filthy front panel is not so good it doesn't generally affect use on normal physical interface DSO) .

Hi Yago, thanks for your comment, regarding your questions,my opinion is:
As said , they are difficult to use if your hands are larger .
I am really worried about your so "big" hand, is it ok to use your cell phone, fork or knief?

Often your hand obscures your view when placed over the target area .
Do you think your hand obscures your view of the target area when your using your phone to SMS, play games, do stock valuation or other things?
If you have other questions regarding using Micsig oscilloscopes, you could contact me for more information.

Hey, what a great first post from the new official (?) MicSig account! Thoughtful, considerate, with the technical detail this forum has been asking for all the time...  :palm:

Come on, Micsig. You have received many constructive comments on this forum in response to the small bits of trivial information posted via the earlier "Micsig" account. I doubt that this new approach will work any better to gain any traction in this forum.

IMHO it is best to leave remarks about generic use issues which come with touch-screens unanswered. If someone doesn't like touch screens or is in an environment where a touch screen is not the best solution he/she will never be interested.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

Agreed. And even more so when that remark dates from October 2013.

And if one nevertheless can't resist commenting, and happens to be writing as an official company representative, it might be advisable not to ridicule the user (and potential customer?) who made that remark...

I saw this scope on a trade fair. It was distributed by GHV Trading. http://www.ghvtrading.cz/merici-pristroje/osciloskopy/scopemetry/to102.html
It was probably the TO102A. The screen is too glossy. It is hard to photograph. I was unable to get a good view of FFT, maybe I did something wrong. The touch panel is not very sensitive.
There was no video trigger. There are only three trigger types. There are no tools for that 90Mpoints record management. I was not impressed.
There might be a new firmware available, that will make things better.
This scope is not easy to handle. I am a late 1980's guy so I prefer buttons. Yes, I have a touch smartphone and it is OK, but for scopes I prefer a traditional design.
The TO102A seems to have a powerful hardware, though. The DPO feature looks well implemented.
For the price I would consider buying another scope. http://www.batronix.com/shop/oscilloscopes/Micsig-tBook.html

Hello, we update the new firmware, it has 7 triggers right now. is it possible to send email to sales@micsig.com, then we will reply you..

the touch screen should be sensitive and easy to use, but we have to admit that we do not have the good video to show. and we  are trying to improve.

Tablet oscilloscope design are very new and intuitive, we need to do everything step by step. and we are trying to provide better scope to you..

thanks.
