Title: Yet another Siglent SDS1102CML+ stuck on the boot screen

I’ve got a Siglent SDS1102CML+ O-scope that hangs on boot. I’ve tried the MATH button trick over and over, but it hasn’t helped. The unit is still under warranty so I want to avoid opening it if I can. I’ve seen others on the forum talk about how the USB recovery method worked for them, so I wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on this before I send it off for repair.

I can’t check the firmware version, but I last updated it around last august, so it’s fairly up to date.
