1090226-0Was at the local used place yesterday and some nice looking Kelvin clamp stuff I've never seen before.  Price seem high but I've nothing to justify saying that other than my DE-5000 for a little over a $100.00

Specs on the milliohm meter:

It looks like an older tonghui lcr meter, but I can't find anything on it, if it works, price is reasonable.
The chenhwa 1012 I can only find this little bit of info on it:
www.ietlabs.com/pdf/GenRad_History/HenryHall/HistoryImpedanceMeasurements/AppendixC.pd
The 1061a doesn't look bad at all.

Some of theses lcr meters are made with old parts,  old cpld's   etc ...   i had one in the past and ditched it, absolutely no schematics can be found or be ordered

Some of theses lcr, can or could go to 200khz  thats alll,   and the "used" prices are way too high

just buy an DE-5000 loll
