Hi @ll   i think v3.7 was the last versions  seen on a few forums and here

BUT on Keysight  it's kinda a loop to download it,  it doesn't work for me  (registered) and they say it require a license  ??

Yes IMHO Keysight PC software really sucks.
Huuuge bloated software, which installs more Licensing background stuff than anything I have ever seen...

Agree. Got rid of it as quickly as possible.
Would not touch it even with a barge pole.

Now using "Test Controller" (long thread in this forum,
by the way) instead.  Its free
and comes with the best support I've ever had.
Comes with a huge number of device drivers.
Moreover, you can roll your own based on existing ones
and "HKJ" will be pleased to help you along.
