Around 25k usd for highest reso... although I bet, that there will be active competition soon and the sensor price will be similar to CMOS 2Mpix imager. Seriously - it is pretty much spincoating a readout array, no vacuum deposition or anything. Probably can be done in kitchen with a bit of ingenuity.

How about price for lower resolutions? Any chance we will see a 320x240 SWIR camera for about $500, like with the Seek Compact Pro, but for SWIR instead of LWIR?

Have not checked lower resolution prices from them. All in all I would expect lower prices be reached fairly soon, as SWIR or SWIR MWIR combination sensors would have large market in food industry and manufacturing cost and complexity seems low.

Oh dang, might have to see if my lab can get a loaner article to do some testing with cloud visibility, cirrus plays hell with our sensors and are all but invisible in the visible band but are clearly vis in SWIR

This structure leads to relatively poor pixel isolation.  Might expect up to twice the array dimensions to get the effective resolution expected.  But still seems very attractive.
