I use one of the Infiray camera on a surveillance project. I was quite good : close from a boson camera but much more cheaper. It was a 320x240 camera.

I did not buy higher resolution camera for now.

Best regards,

Vince

Being fair the USB issues I reported are gone, not sure why had them, also the -4C off was my fault. The camera is amazing, so yes impressed. found in the middle of the focus there is point that will keep focus form 70cm to infinite, it have not a notch or anything you need find it , but is nice as with that position you dont need touch anything to focus outdoor or rooms.
Read somewhere the usb connector is low quality and can give issues.

I had a VERY bad experience with their client services..... => Never Infiray again for me.
I had to disassemble my C200 pro and flash a frankestein firmware on it cause Infiray would not help me, they even asked me 100€ for theml to give me a firmware for my device .. !!!!!!

NEVER AGAIN.

In the case for my t2s+ was cheaper directly in AliExpress, No VAT no delivery cost, they guy use UPS that will charge the 20% VAT plus the administration fee, and the UPS service is included in the price ( even if it says free).
Check that very carefully

Hi, this is my first post so Hello Dave and Everybody !

AliExpress (TS2+_A2) with inspection work bench and ups shipping was cheaper than official store.

Xtherm Android app and Doogee S61 work as intended nothing to report.

Now the sad story,
can someone confirm Xtherm windows is not working (black screen) ?

Is there a solution ?
I tried different computers same result.
Still waiting for an answer from xinfraredx (chat/contact-form/email).

Pretty sure there's one for almost an hundred more : IRCAM Thermal Viewer

For using it with a computer I've no choice to buy a software ?
If this is the case I feel like I've been scammed.

Even more after finding this one same specs almost half price :
https://www.exinxun.com/tester/tb-03s-mini.html
Not compatible with IRCAM Thermal Viewer (for the moment).

Don't have P2 Pro but I tried for comparing software (not compatible TS2+) :

P2 Pro windows install drivers, codec pack, etc ...

No problem at launch with the top of the window outside the desktop like Xtherm
and a screen resolution below full hd where it's impossible to maximize or use it.

Possible to update software : File -> Help -> Check Updates (0.4.9 -> 0.6.4 rc).

Better design/ui and translation :

Xtherm :
C:\Program Files (x86)\艾睿热成像分析仪
艾睿热成像分析仪 version 1.6    My Company, Inc.

P2 Pro :
C:\TCView
SharpInfraredAnalyzer version 0.4.9.0    Infisense Technology Co, Ltd.

Thank you in advance for the confirmation  :-+

Edit : No answer from xinfraredx.com maybe because this week it's the Chinese New Year Holiday.

Will answer to myself and for those who are interested.

xinfraredx send me a link for downloading a new version (2.0.7)
and they quickly update the software on their website :
Xtherm windows(Thermal Imaging Analysis Client)

Files are dated from 12/2023 ; no more black screen or window bug outside desktop.
There's now an Updates button in Settings -> About
with a better design/ui and translation :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Xtherm
Xtherm viewer version 2.0.7  My Compny, Inc.

This version is working with my TS2+_A2

Some files in Xtherm folder have in their name ffmpeg4, opencv, opengl, qt, ...
Using it on a linux system in a windows 10 v.m (consuming around 60% 4c cpu)
I asked if they have a linux version and answered me use our sdk to connect.
So no linux version !
Also told me log writing (same thing over and over)
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Xtherm\log.txt
is normal like the 60% cpu usage.

Nothing to report about the software but like the android app
there's a lot of noise and was expecting a better video quality.

Lately they released new versions of their camera models, that have inferior hardware/components quality that make them habe worse image quality. Is better by the old version models , but how ro know what they will send?
Fortunately i have a T2s+ of previous version.
I have not almost pictures, but in case help, I can make better ones if needed

Hey I have been looking at the P2 Pro Android on Amazon & I noticed something different...Different P2 Pros although they look the same except One P2 Pro $239 came out 21 Sept 2022 & has bad reviews...Then there is one that came out 23 Sept 2022 $349 but there's a $50 coupon & this one has the Matrix IV & seems to be sharper images. Also in the heading it says P2 Pro (T2 Pro).

I'm a newbie here & this is my first time buying a TIC & I have trying to read much info here. So with the discount & tax it's $314.85.
Wouldn't this one be the better of the 2? I thought I should mention they are not all the same. I wrote down the
info exactly from the different ones...I really want to order today.

Cheers
Ektar
