Title: Budget TIC with least faults

Hi all

I’ve found this forum as I’ve ordered a UNI-T UTi260B and wanted to know more about it, the forum didn’t fail!

Seems like there can be issues with it, so I’m thinking I could cancel the order and get something less buggy and prone to fail

Main uses for us is at work in property maintenance/repairs.
Leak detection - as a guide I know the limits
Boiler faults/heating
What else comes along like insulation work

Have used the Flir pro but found it a bit flimsy
The gun type look more sturdy but would be nice to have an easy way to transfer photos and vids to phone

A well known forum member seems to rate the build of Hikvision

Im a complete novice in this world so some fair opinions would be great.

Budget around £300/£350 ($370~$450) maybe a squeeze more
