Bullard MX no picture

I purchased a Bullard mx over a year ago on ebay. Long story short, I just wrote a book about it on here and somehow missed the landing. Not sure what I did. Anyways, voltage regulator  outputs seem healthy, feeding it 11.5v via old adjustable supply. It boots Bullard logo, servo dust cover or whatever it is cycles but 0 picture from thermal. I thoroughly inspected all the boards and connections and found no obvious defects. No bad smells no home soldering jobs or old attempts at repair. I might try to reflow the boards (minus optics) as a last resort. There is another post here somewhere about the camera I was going to reply to but being 120days old your board asked me to create new topic. If someone wants to buy it cheap lmk, crypto or PayPal I will give full name address and such. I'm guessing the camera is toast. Thanks for reading and beware of shady ebay sellers.
