Can someone post some FLIR One files I can use for testing?

Once I have figured out how to take the pixel data and make it usable for MATLAB I will post a simple tutorial explaining how I went about it!

Do you look for Flir radiometric jpgs?
You can extract with exiftool the raw thermal 16 bit datas from this files.
