DALI DLD640 commands?

I would like to control one of the modules from an ICI640P unit directly instead of relying on the GUI. Does anyone have any info about hardware interfaces and commands used? Can it be done via the RS485 port?

As for the ethernet side of things I used Wireshark and it looks like they are sending a command such as RuleID=100 then 1 though 11 appended which are associated to different palette colors after the login credentials are sent via a cookie.
