Extracting Zoomed Image Data in .CSV Format from FLIR T620

Recently took some thermal images from a tower, which required me to zoom in a lot on my T620 (4X zoom; 120 X 160 pixels) for zoomed-in thermal data.  However, when I post process the image into FLIR Tools to export into a .CSV, all it does convert the first 120 X 160 pixels into the .CSV file, instead of the pixels I was focused on the image.

Has anyone had this problem before when converting ZOOMED FLIR .jpg files to .CSV files??

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

That's likely all that it's going to do. It's digital zoom. My E40 is the same...
