Does anyone know about Iray's relationship with Infiray?

Does anyone know about Iray's relationship with InfiRay? Recently I was writing a paper on thermal imaging to analyze the infrared market, the relationship between those two got me wondering during my research.

RayTron got numerous segment-specific subsidiaries.

RayTron (tech Limited) is a leading manufacturer of uncooled IRFPA - and delivers products to various fields, night vision, thermal temperature measurement, intelligent surveillance, UAV load, automatic driving, IoT, AI, machine vision, and a shutload of other things.
They had around +2000 employees last time I did my due diligence on "Raytron Technology limited" though its a few years back..
