Yes.  I've seen that.  I filled out their form but no-one replied back to me.

From the FWIW department, I posted the design to my Tiny1C cameras (both firmware and hardware) to github.   Too bad since international relations are so screwed up right now and the Tiny1C is unavailable to us in the west, at least without stripping them from a dongle  The Tiny1C is a pretty capable core and I think my cameras turned out to be very functional and useful.  Anyway for the few guys here who were interested in this core:
