FLIR C2 Touchscreen not working (Display swap)

Hello

I have a FLIR C2 with broken display. If mind serves correctly, the touch was working before the Display broke.

As replacement, I bought a `New LCD Display Screen For FLIR C3-X C2 LCD Thermal Imaging Screen Assembly Replacement Parts` on AliExpress. The Display looks visually the same, and also the LCD part works after swapping it.

But there is no touch.. I can't really tell if touch is working with the broken Display, as 3/4 of the LCD is not visible anymore.

Any idea if there is some lock mode I might accidentally activate? Or if I can reset that thing somehow without Touch?
