I’ve got an old FLIR HS-324 that belongs to my place of work. It was probably bought ten years ago and was never messed with much. Currently, when powered on, it displays an inverted image. I’ve tried poking around on the buttons but haven’t figured anything out. I’m guessing it may need a firmware update but as I’m sure most know, this isn’t a supported model anymore. Does anyone have some insight as to where some old software can be found?

I have the resource dvd that comes with the HS307 (similarish model) which has 4 folders on it
There is if i recall on it a software tool for resetting/adjusting which might be of help in resetting everything to factory settings?
Let me know if this will help
Do you have the driver disk for the usb connection?

Sounds like that might be helpful. I don’t have anything for it unfortunately. It’s lived in a cabinet at my office for quite a while with zero maintenance. All I have is the unit itself and the storage sack.

ok no problem, if you PM me your email address I'll set up a one drive link with the software for the FLIR.
You can see if you have any better luck with the windows USB connection than I'm having (lol)
the dvd I have has:-
a video demo of the unit
the 'end user tool' Avalon
a user manual and quickstart guide
video player

Link sent, let me know you downloaded them ok.
Hopefully the content will help

Just curious to know if you solved your inverted image issue, as I'm having the same issue with one of my Flir hs324 units.
