Hi there,
is anybody else having problems with their Flir logins?
They seem to have messed up a merging project for their customer logins with the effect, that even my tools+ won't start anymore.
Anybody else experiencing these issues?

I had fun with that process as well. It did not behave as they described for the automatic merging of my support and main site logins. I did get access to the support area with my main site login however. What I noticed is that all my registered cameras have disappeared from my account.
Maybe they will get it sorted with time. It was access to the support site that I most needed. You may need to re register your software if its details have been lost in the change.

Worst thing is that I am able to access my account again on their website, but I can see my registered products only on https://flir.custhelp.com/app/account/overview (https://flir.custhelp.com/app/account/overview) but not on https://www.flir.com/account/ (https://www.flir.com/account/) .
Trying to reregister throws an error "already registered" and that login doesn't work in tools+ anymore :-(

I can only suggest raising a support ticket with FLIR. They should be able to sort it out for you. They have given me a new activation key before now.

Flir's support team sorted my account and after another password reset my Flir Tools+ login is working again.
So all fine again, but others might experience similar problems due to the account merge on the Flir systems.
