FLIR ONE PRO no power - no charge

Hi,

I have a Flir One Pro that doesn't charge and no power up, the battery is OK.
I have an other one working well so I have compared some voltages, and the broken one seems have all of them. There is some differences, but I am starting on this hobby and is quite difficult for me to undestand all.

Please find attached some measurements, I have probably miss some measurements.
I have also tried to compare values of the usb charging chips, and the main differences are:
- VBUS (pin1&pin24): 0volts on the working and 2.1 on mine
- SCL (pin5): 0volts on the working and 3.1 on mine
- SDA (pin6): 0volts on the working and 2.1 on mine

Measurements where make with  battery but not the charging cable, the good one was light up and mine nothing.

Voltages seems to be the same.
