I purchased a FLIR ONE PRO for Android (P/N 435-0007-01) a few years ago. It has worked without issue until recently. Now when I connect it to my Android devices, it is not recognized by the device. The indicator light on the FLIR ONE PRO seem to work as expected and I tested the battery and it is at 4V after charging. When I boot the FLIR ONE PRO device the "shutter" closes and open and the button eventually blinks green. Still when I plug it into my Android devices, neither the FLIR ONE app or the other thermal app recognize device. I've tried to reset the device by holding the button for 30 seconds and I have disconnected the battery but it has not fixed my issues. Does anyone have advice on what I should try next? Thanks, Gil
