Title: FLIR T1020 and other other high-end camera teardowns
Post by: Spirit532 on February 27, 2018, 01:54:40 am
Just thought I'd post this, since some people may not know about it.
FCC certifications often require complete teardowns with photographs and documentation, and they let anyone download the reports.
FLIR seems to use a testing company that is very keen on internal photos - good for us!

Take a look here for the nearly complete guts of a T1020(from 2015!):

Very interesting, thanks for sharing!

However I am a little bit disappointed the lab did the teardown not in an electrostatic protected area (EPA), you can clearly see the wood surface.
