Hi,
I am using a FLIR T620 thermal camera to capture images of tree canopies in a glasshouse. I want to remotely control the camera using FLIR tools so that it is easier and safer to take the images on the ground rather than up a ladder.
When I take an image with the camera, it records both a thermal image and an RGB. However, when I take an image with the thermal camera while remote controlling it using FLIR Tools+, it only captures a thermal image with no RGB image. I have been through all the settings but can't seem to find anything that is helpful.
Does anyone know if it is possible to also capture the RGB and thermal image while remote controlling the camera?
