Title: Fluke pti120 image problems and fw update failure

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone is able to update their fluke pti120 to v1.3 I've tried many times, It gets to the stage of "the firmware update is finishing up the meter will be ready for use shortly" and just will not go any further.

Also It seems that the thermal image is out of aliment to the right by quite a bit (in comparison to the normal image it takes when you overlay it). Distance does not seem to have an effect (nor the distance setting.)

Found a fix for the fw update use the old software  smartview.
Apparently according to fluke the misalignment is because the two cameras are side by side  makes sense but they are a long way out!
