I was looking at TEquipment.net and saw that there are two new brands of thermal cameras that seem relatively inexpensive. For example, the Sonel KT-400-19 has a 384 × 288 resolution and can measure up to 1,200° C but costs less than $5,000: https://tequipment.net/Sonel/KT-400-19/Building-and-Industrial-Thermal-Imagers
Even better, the Fotric 348A-L25 has a 640 × 480 resolution and can measure up to 1,200° C but only costs around $6,300: https://tequipment.net/Fotric/348A-L25/Building-and-Industrial-Thermal-Imagers
This makes them much cheaper than similar cameras from FLIR and Fluke. They also both look good on paper. However, I couldn't find any reviews for these cameras. Do they actually live up to their claims?

I found one review of the Fotric 348A on YouTube: https://youtube.com/watch?v=cUvKErt5JFE
However, the reviewer only went over features and uses, and didn't say anything about pros and cons.
TEquipment also posted a review not too long ago: https://facebook.com/watch/?v=4450710698314268
The second review is much more detailed. According to the reviewer, the Fotric 348A shows more useful information and has a faster focus while FLIR's MSX is "smarter." Of course, I can't expect the reviews to be too negative because TEquipment is a selling these cameras as distributor. :P
