Title: Fuse inline - Power supply leads

I have several Riden Power Supplies.

It's kind of a pain to open the unit and change the fuse if you make a connection mistake.

If I added an inline ATC fuse holder and fuse of proper rating, Is there enough resistance in an ATC inline fuse holder and fuse to affect the output?

Is there any problem adding an inline fuse to the Power supply lead itself to prevent the internal fuse from blowing?

Are we talking about RD6006?
What sort of connection mistake are we talking about that you would blow the internal fuse.

You can add an external fuse in the output wires, but the voltage will be off by fuse resistance * load current

Well,
I have one RD6006 and two RD 6018's
I use them extensively with 48v - 60v, 16S battery packs.

It's incredibly easy to touch the wrong point and pop the fuse.

You are using the green battery output terminal on the RD6006?
