UTI260B not working

Hello, i bought a UTI260B that stopped working after a week, i think that one of the resistors on the PCB is missing but i can't be certain.
Can someone here send me a picture of his PCB for compression???

The 690B is essentially the exact same HW as the 260B, there is a teardown of the 690B here, so should be of some use...
