Hi folks! Accidentally found these sensors in the mobile form factor and pretty cheap all-in-one. Actually Deepace are selling them for 72€ (France):
https://deepace.net/product/mini-uvc-thermal-25hz-160x120-usb-typec/I asked them and they are confirmed me:
Yes, it uses a model 4117 sensor.
This is a thermal imaging camera for DIY, consisting of a 3d printed case and PCB. It connects to PC or smartphone via USB to simulate a UVC camera.
The video resolution is 320×240, the sensor resolution is 160×120 and the pixel size is 17um.
Use usb cam software to connect.
(Some devices may take 30-120 seconds to connect properly, need to wait)
Low cost, portable, great for trying out thermal imaging.
You can chat w/ support to get some discounts. Actually i own Hikvision camera, but that mobile one could be a good part for DIY projects.
