HT-301 on Samsung Note 10+

I just received my HT-301 and I am getting a solid yellow screen on the Hti Image app. Similar behavior (but this time solid grey screen) with ThermViewer app.

Is there any known problem with HT-301 and Samsung Note 10+?

This would have been my first experience with thermal imaging cameras. Perhaps I should have done a bit more research before diving in (head first)  :(

It is working now. Mr. Lin sent me the link to the new version of the app, which solved the problem.
