Infiray C210 charging issues

Hello! I recently bought an Infiray C210 camera, and while the camera itself seems to work fine, it's charge VERY slowly.

I got it out of the box and it would not turn on, I thought this was odd, as devices with lithium batteries normally arrive with a decent charge in them. So I put it on charge for about 40 mins, and then I was able to to turn it on, but it only had 1 of out 4 bars/<25%. I thought this was also odd, as it states the charging time as 4 hours when the device is off, which should give you 11 hours usage. I put it back on charge, but this time overnight.
Turn it on; only 2 of 4 bars! 7 hours on charge should give you more than 50% battery.

I then tried using different cables and chargers, and put my USB power meter to use to see what current it was pulling. Across 6 different USB chargers(all rated 5v and 1.0a or higher) it refused to pull more than 0.37a at around 5v.
Other devices with the same cables and chargers pull much higher amperage, so it's definitely the device.

Left it on charge for 8 hours yesterday, and 15 hours today, and it never got past 50%.

I did find that if I have the camera on and plugged in, it pulls around 1.6a, but I don't know how much of that is actually charging the camera since it's powering the device too...

I'm discussing the issue with the seller on Aliexpress as I believe it to be a faulty unit. After explaining the above, they have suggested I try to charge it to 100% while it's powered on, due to the higher current. It is currently on 3 bars/75% after being plugged in for about 2 hours, so maybe that'll work? Unless the battery suddenly comes good after a full charge, I'm not confident it's a long term fix!

Anyway I wanted to see if anyone else on here has a C210(or C200) and if they had any similar issues? (Even with a different device!)


Oh, this is my first thermal so I'm only going by videos and images online, but from what I've used of it(before the battery got too low) the images this thing gets are great!
I have hardly used the normal camera in the mixed modes as the detail on the thermal is so good! The images look much better than the similar priced offerings from FLIR and SEEK!

Hey, I have the C210. It's behaving differently and charing faster.  I can't find my USB power monitor but when I do I will update this post. I hope you have worked it out with the seller.
